Blackberry & herb filet mignon
1/3 c blackberry / rasp vinaigrette
3 tbs olive oil
Filet mignon
Mix in a ziploc bag . Marinade for 1 hour . Add rosemary , thyme , basil , Marjoram , and oregano . Fry in pan
