Renttherunway.com has dresses as low as $50. And you get high end designer without it staying in your closet forever, plus they do dry cleaning . Look on Pinterest or polovore for ideas if you can't pick one look . And ring in the new year under $ 50 for your outfit . You're going to need the extra money for drinks & food :)
